Machiavellis' Flat Empty
PostSubject: Machiavellis' Flat   Machiavellis' Flat EmptySun Oct 25, 2015 2:18 pm

The entire top floor of an old victorian villa, Niccolo's flat is full of character but without being old fashioned with a spacious living room and bedroom opposite each other and a huge bath room with walk in shower and claw foot iron tub.

The living room has a large flatscreen tv mounted on the outside wall, it's stark plastic and glass a contrast to the rest of the house. it is tastefully decorated in soft tones of white, cream, caramel and soft green in the bedroom, everything a harmonious blend soothing to the eye and mind.
Opposite the tv wall is a large L shaped sofa unit, soft and well upholstered with a few extra cushions and a round marble coffee table in the gap between. The solid wall is covered in bookshelves crammed full of all kinds of reference and novels.

Niccolos' bedroom has a king size bed against one wall so that if you were to lie in bed you might look at the countryside view through the large bay window framed by thick heavy cream curtains.

Everything has an air of understated luxury and style without being fussy.

The flat below is kept empty by the brotherhood as a safe house, Niccolo maintains the security.

Machiavellis' Flat Empty
PostSubject: Re: Machiavellis' Flat   Machiavellis' Flat EmptyTue Nov 03, 2015 1:22 pm

Having stopped by his own living quarters to drop off his belongings, La Volpe had changed into a fresh shirt; nothing too fancy, just comfortable and easy to climb in. It was fortunate that he already knew Machiavelli’s address off by heart, which would sound creepy if he were to admit it out loud, but he knew the addresses of all the key figures within the Brotherhood. You never know when you’d need them, after all.

Approaching the villa in which Machiavelli lived in, La Volpe smirked to himself. Like hell he was going to take the front door. Inspecting the outside of the building, he looked for the best entry point into the flat he figured to be his fellow assassins’. Out of habit, he took another look around, double checking for any signs of security systems or alarms, the last thing he needed was to set off an alarm and wake the entire neighbourhood.

Eying up the balcony, he checked the route up.. Perfect, if perhaps a bit obvious, but he wasn’t on a mission; he just sought to be annoying. Reaching the wall of the building, he climbed it with the ease of an assassin many years his junior.. Swiftly leaping over the edge of the balcony, he noted curtains obscuring the view in, making his life a bit easier.

Kneeling by the lock of the balcony door, he started picking it… It wasn’t too difficult, he had it open in a few minutes..

Silently he pushed the door open and peered inside, before as quietly slipping in.

PostSubject: Re: Machiavellis' Flat   Machiavellis' Flat EmptyTue Nov 03, 2015 1:57 pm

Niccolo was in the kitchen when a cool breeze touched his skin. He palmed a knife just in case.
“Gil, you drive me totally insane!” he sighed; he wished he could let go control enough just to relax one moment, but that was just it, control. He HAD to have control. Last time he relaxed, friends ended up dead at the hands of the Templars and he’d never let control go again and that was the beginning of his life going to hell. There was no coming back from dead.

“Your company is welcome but please, use a DOOR like a normal person next time.” He turned and carried on opening the bottle of red wine extracted from the holder on the cupboard shelf and emptied a bag of tortilla chips into a glass bowl for a snack. Wandering into the living space he dropped the bowl on to the sofa and poured some wine into one of the two waiting glasses and took a swig before topping it up and offering the bottle to La Volpe.
"Chianti, from my cousins vineyard in Italy."

Niccolo turned down the volume on the tv, he hated the noise of presenters and overly glitzy stuff but enjoyed the dancing and the professionals especially the Tango but that wasn’t on till later. For now he could enjoy some wine and company. He flopped down onto the sofa.

The fact that Machiavelli KNEW it was him made La Volpe smile... “But what fun would there be in using the door, Niccolo? Might I just add, I feel like you could do with a better lock fitted..”

The older man gladly accepted the bottle and took up the free glass; pouring out a small amount of the red liquid. Placing the bottle on the table, he took a seat next to Machiavelli and took a small sip; he didn’t mind wine, but he couldn’t drink much, it was a bit too bitter.

“Well, this is cozy… But I do have to say, you caught me by surprise, Niccolo…” He crossed his legs; ankle over knee. This still seemed a bit strange to him, but perhaps that's because he never thought he'd be in this situation with the other man.

Niccolo drained his glass and noticed La Volpe hadn't poured himself much. "if you want something else to drink, help yourself in the kitchen." he considered the bottle and picking it up drank straight out of it, draining almost 3/4 of the bottle before putting it down with a sigh.

"don't you ever get tired of what we do?"

he closed his eyes leaning back,
"Sometimes i wonder what it's all for. And, i have to admit, i didn't expect you to turn up." he sank back down further into the sofa cushions.
"why? why did you kiss me?"

Just as La Volpe was about to politely say he was okay with the drink choice, he paused, watching Machiavelli chug the best part of a bottle of expensive wine. With a smirk, he put the glass in front of the other man on the table and got back up, heading to the kitchen.

“Get tired? How do you mean? Like bored or frustrated?....” He returned with a glass of apple juice and sat back down, putting on the table in front of himself.

“Surely we do it to stop the Templars… If they got what they wanted, so many lives would be ruined..” This was an unusual mood for Niccolo, but he knew about the insurmountable pressure forced onto the younger man… Perhaps he could distract him.

“Hm… You really weren’t listening to me earlier, were you?... Why do you think I kissed you?..” He presented the question genuinely.

"I don't know. Don't seem to know anything any more. Everything is going to hell and i can't stop it."

he looked puzzled
"What do you mean listening earlier? I don't remember? and why would i ask you WHY if i already knew the answer?"

He picked up the discarded glass of wine and finished it off and eye up the bottle feeling warm and slightly fuzzy. Yep, that last bit of wine would have to be finished and he reached for it.

“Since when do you have to do any of this alone, Niccolo?.. What about your Brothers? Do they mean nothing?..” La Volpe sighed dramatically. He always knew that the younger man had a habit of trying to bear everything alone and it drove him nuts; that’s why he always tried to distract him.

“I mean to ask your opinion on the topic, not for the answer…” He stopped talking and reached out, grabbing the bottle from the other man and holding it away… “I changed my mind…” He swigged from the bottle, not enjoying it all that much, but managing to keep a straight face.. “Why do you think I did it?..”

"Of course i care about the Brotherhood, sometimes I think far too much...I mean how can i do any of this? The novelty of a boy genius wears off when he hits 25, you know that?" he made a swipe for the wine but missed and gave it up as a bad job.
"i dunno, you wanted to annoy me? you wanted to confuse me? i don't know anything any more. just...it was..." he sighed,"nice."

“Niccolo… You’re too harsh on yourself. You’ve taken on a lot, a lot more than any sane man would, and you know you’ve coped more than admirably?.. Anyone else would have broken down a long time ago… You have a strong mind, but even the strongest of people need a break from time to time…” Finishing off the last of the wine, La Volpe gagged slightly and put the empty bottle back on the table… “How do you even drink that crap?..” He coughed a little.

Composing himself, he look towards the younger man with a small smile.. “I didn’t really over think it.. I did it because I wanted to and it seemed like a good idea..” Turning on his side to face Machiavelli, he shuffled slightly closer in the process.. “Perhaps you should try doing something without over thinking for once… Now would be a good chance..”

"that wine cost 20 quid a bottle i'll have you know, it's not crap." he stared at the tv a moment and turned it off with the remote.
"Do you do everything because it seems like a good idea? what do you mean? everything requires thinking." he turned to face La Volpe still puzzled.

“Is everything with a high price worth the money then?..” La Volpe smirked, running a hand through his hair.

“You have a brilliant mind, Niccolo, but you still have much to learn… Sometimes you need to switch off, because if you don’t, your mind will suffer as will your greatness…” Sometimes it was easy to forget their somewhat large age gap, but the older man was feeling it now and not in a negative light. It just made himself wonder when he figured this out for himself.

“For the most part, yes, I often do what seems like a good idea.. I don’t over think, because I know what’s important… Besides, why waste your time thinking when you can be more proactive and doing? Don’t fear regrets that may not happen, learn from them when they do..”

He slumped in his seat,
"i think i'm burning out. Think i might end up leaving the Brotherhood. There's nothing for me to stay for. It's not like anyone would miss me."

“Not everything, nor everyone is your responsibility, Niccolo.. It’s always painful when we lose someone, but if we didn’t have you, we’d have lost so many more… You’re not responsible for everything that happens… No one person can be.” It was painful watching Niccolo like this; all La Volpe wanted to do was show him how much he’d accomplished at such a young age… He should be proud, not feeling like this.

“I’d miss you.. Does that mean nothing?..” He spoke matter-of-factly, deciding against going into a tangent about why he needed to stay, he didn’t think at this stage it would help.

There were times when Machiavelli’s honesty caught La Volpe off guard, but that was one of the things he liked about the other man; he couldn’t always predict his reactions.

Leaning forward, he got within inches of Machiavelli’s face… “I think that’s a brilliant idea..” Closing the gap between them, La Volpe raised a hand, gently lifting the others’ chin and pressing their lips together. He kept it gentle, judging the reactions as he softly toyed with the other mans’ lower lip, between his own.

Niccolo groaned slightly, this felt so nice, but it wasn't enough. He wrapped his hands in Gils shirt and pulled him closer, kissing the other man more forcefully.

He hadn't been with anyone in ages and he missed the closeness of another human being, and also, it was Gil, as much as he annoyed Niccolo, it was mostly because he was so different from himself and he wished he could be like La Volpe sometimes.
He pulled backwards so he was lying on the sofa, the other man on top of him with sudden lust.

Supporting himself on one arm, La Volpe carefully placed a knee between the other man’s legs; following Niccolo down. Maintaining the kiss, he flicked his tongue across the younger man’s bottom lip, begging for entry.

His mind was buzzing from the sudden turn of events. This wasn’t something the older assassin had ever expected to happen between them, as much as he had liked the other man for some time now… It just always seemed like he wasn’t Niccolo’s type.

Starting from his hip, La Volpe’s free hand ran up the other man’s abdomen and to his chest, where he began unbuttoning his shirt with practised ease, pulling it open to reveal bare skin. His hand now traced over muscle, gently rubbing and teasing as he appreciated every inch exposed.

Machiavellis' Flat Empty
PostSubject: Re: Machiavellis' Flat   Machiavellis' Flat EmptyTue Nov 03, 2015 11:23 pm

God this felt so good. he gasped at the touch on his chest and skin. Making a decision in his head helped on by the wine he decided that he wanted this and had for some time but just hadn't had the guts to go through with anything. Today had been so horrendous that that one small kiss had made everything okay somehow. The sofa however was uncomfortable and the bed would be a better choice. Breaking off the kiss reluctantly he pulled away slightly.
"Bedroom?" it was half statement and half question as he got up and headed that way.

The subject of control again rose to his mind just as his body had risen to the touch of the other man. If only he could let go properly, but it was as if there was always a wall between him and the world. “Gil, I really shouldn't but i can't help myself.” it wasn't as if he didn't want intimacy, he was slightly wary, even a little scared not to be on guard for just one moment. Maybe that was why he was so attracted to Gil, he was commanding and could be overbearing at times.

Maybe that was what Niccolo needed, someone to take charge, so he could stop having to have 100 eyes and protecting everyone at once. “I have to work early in the morning, I can’t get distracted, and I need to sleep.” Way to go brain, excuse after excuse straight to the mouth without going through any filter.

He really, really didn't want to be doing this did he? Gil wasn’t just a colleague, he was also part of the brotherhood, and if anyone found out it was yet another weapon that could be used against either of them. Bad idea all round really wasn't it? But o GOD, Gil felt so good.

The bed was clean and smelled of freshly laundered cotton, its’ black sheets stark contrast to the soft green of the room and decorative wood accents, it was practical. The size of the bed was larger than normal, Niccolo liked space and not to feel enclosed. He slowly took off his open black shirt and pulled it out of the black slacks he habitually wore. Gently folding it he laid it upon an antique chair neatly. He was thin and pale from too much time inside and out of the sun, but due to training was lightly muscled and wiry. “So? What now?” he remained with his back turned, nervous. “I admit I don’t know what I'm doing. Happy?” he blushed, “now you can laugh at me. Go on, I know you want to.”

One last chance for Gil to change his mind and proclaim this all one big prank and play about with his feelings.

Machiavellis' Flat Empty
PostSubject: Re: Machiavellis' Flat   Machiavellis' Flat EmptyWed Nov 04, 2015 12:22 am

Wordlessly, La Volpe followed along behind Machiavelli, making no effort to reply to his excessive reasoning and concern. It was strange seeing a man so conflicted over something he clearly wanted; seeing him trying to convince himself otherwise. Throughout his life, La Volpe had always just taken what he desired, without much thought…. And he wasn’t going to stop now; all the while Niccolo was truly willing.

Standing in the door way, he looked towards the younger man, simply watching him remove his shirt and admiring him….Still he said nothing.

Letting the silence linger for a few more seconds, he approached the smaller man quietly, placing a hand at his waist and resting the other on his shoulder. Pressing himself closely to Niccolo’s back, he leaned in, claiming his neck with his lips; the hand on his shoulder gently ghosting up the other side before running through his hair.

Lightly nipping at delicate skin of his neck, La Volpe’s lips trailed towards that sensitive bit of flesh just below the jaw, leaving a slightly firmer bite… “Do me a favour Niccolo, stop thinking…” He whispered close to his ear.

Forcefully turning the other around, he smirked smugly, planting a single kiss on the other man’s lips, before pushing him back onto the bed, where he joined him from on top.

"gil..." niccolo sighed, "i'll try."
He wrapped his arms around the other man pulling him close. it was clear gil knew what he was doing, so rumours from one of the thieves had been correct. thank god for that, it might have been awkward otherwise, other than a few fumblings in a dark night club or three, he'd never really done anything with a man before so at least one of them would know what to do.
Kissing Gil hard he fumbled around with the other mans trousers, they were a hideous colour but had to be off...now.
"too many clothes."

PostSubject: Re: Machiavellis' Flat   Machiavellis' Flat EmptyWed Nov 04, 2015 6:43 pm

The eagerness Niccolo presented made the older man smirk. It was clear he knew what he wanted, but instead of immediately complying, La Volpe teased him for a moment; kissing down his jaw towards his collarbone, where he left a colourful mark.

“So impatient..” Claiming Niccolo’s lips again, his hands roamed the smaller man’s body, until they reached past his hips. Running a hand along the sensitive flesh of his inner thigh; La Volpe paused briefly before cupping his hand over the other man’s crotch; massaging the area with practised skill.

Feeling as though he’d tormented the man enough, he stood, unbuttoning Niccolo’s trousers and sliding them off, along with his pants, before removing his own clothes. For an older man, La Volpe was in good shape and it was easy to see.

Joining him back on the bed, his hands retraced their previous route, until reaching the other man’s cock; gently and most teasingly he rubbed the head. As he did this, he just watched Niccolo with a small smile on his lips; he’d always loved to see his partner’s facial expressions, but even more curious with Niccolo.

Niccolo almost jumped out of his skin as Gil touched his cock, he was already hard and sensitive just from kissing. Ridiculous really but it had been a while. He closed his eyes and groaned loudly and ran his hands down the other man’s chest, like most assassins he was physically fit and his muscles felt so good. His nails dug into Gil’s back,
“Stop teasing me and just fuck me already.”
He gasped as the hand touched his sensitive cock over and over. “Please...” he panted over and over.

“Aren’t you demanding..." Giving the head of the other man’s cock a light squeeze, he continued.. “… But if you want me to fuck you, you’ll need to find me something to make this…” His hand released Niccolo’s length and languidly roamed to his thigh; lifting one leg for access, he firmly groped the younger man’s ass. “A little more comfortable…”

It took a moment to get through to his brain, he wasn’t exactly able to think clearly right now, o god yeah, it would be too painful without some lube, and that wasn’t exactly something he routinely bought or anything. What else could they use?

He scrabbled about in the drawer of the bedside table bringing out a tube of Vaseline, blushing he turned to Gil, “will this work? I have it so the callouses on my hands from fencing don’t get too rough” by now he was very very red and very turned on. Please, please, please let it be okay because he had no idea what else would be suitable. “Sorry I don’t have anything else…”
